​​In my coaching career I have had the privilege to coach some incredibly visionary individuals such as  Lawyers, Company Directors, Entrepreneurs, Teachers, Health Service Managers and University leavers navigating early career choices.

As a core belief, I have always held tight to the fact that with the right motivations and importantly support we can all achieve our goals.

Here's what makes me tick:

• As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, I feel strongly in giving back to the next generation of Leaders. To this end, I coach, but I also work with schools, colleges and universities on student employability.
   

• I have a Degree in Materials Science and a Masters in Optoelectronics. I have always been fascinated by the way in which the technology itself impacts our lives. I also believe it's vital to understanding our leadership challenges today.
   

• For over 20 years I have held a number of senior Leadership positions in industry in companies such as TDK and Sharp, mainly concentrating on Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. 
  ​

• In the last 10 Years my work has been in the Green Technology space working with manufacturers in Wind Energy low energy LED lighting using technology to improve the World in which we live.
  ​

• I have an MBA , for which I studied buyer behaviour of complex electronic components through Internet exchanges.
   

• This meant looking at when we are happy to “ talk to “ a machine and when we just need to deal with another Human. This becomes so relevant as we move to an age of deep automation and Artificial Intelligence interlacing with our life and work activities. ​

My skills, abilities and experience have supported and continue to support many fantastic individuals as they progress through their careers and business lives. It's a genuine pleasure to work with and see people discover their own paths.
